1. What time do you have the banquet room reserved for a reception?

Your reservation runs from 10:30AM the morning of your event until 1:00AM the following morning.

2. Am I allowed to work with a cater other than those listed on your website? Am I allowed to bring in my own food?

With the exception of your wedding cake or other pre-prepared dessert, all food and beverages must be catered by one of the licensed MCC caterers. No outside food or beverages - brought in by you or your guests - will be permitted on the premises.

3. What are your rental rates?

Sunday - Friday Rental Rate: $850.00
Saturday Rental Rate: $950.00
*25% Discount Available to Active Military Personnel

Rental fee includes tables, chairs, facility set-up and event clean-up.

4. How do I reserve my date?

A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining event balance is due no later than fourteen days before your wedding. No reservations will be accepted or confirmed without a signed contract and deposit. Please call today to schedule your signing appointment!

5. What is your cancellation policy?

All event deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling inside of 30 days, the party is responsible for 100% of the rental fee.
