Hazelwood Medical Office Building

PHASE 1 - BDH+Young is proposing an approximately 80,000-square-foot office building on the northwest corner of Hazelwood and Beam - north of the existing gas station. The building will consist of one underground story and three above ground stories. An additional 60,000 square feet of medical office space and a retail building would be built as part of future phases. On June 27, 2016, the city council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Comprehensive Sign Plan. Construction is underway for phase 1.

PHASE 2 - BDH Young is seeking design review for phase 2 of the medical office building. The city council required design review on each additional phase when it approved the project on June 27, 2016. The Community Design Review Board will review the proposal for phase 2 on September 20, 2016.
